Dual Credit Information Important Dates
Attention Harmony family, we are very please to announce that we are expanding our dual credit offerings. Dual credit is the opportunity where students can earn college/university and high school credit by taking college classes. Please be reminded of the following dates:
1) The due date to pay for additional summer classes is May 24th, 2019
2) The due date to submit the dual credit registration form for the fall is May 17th, 2019
Please see the attached document for steps on accessing online summer courses and paying for additional summer classes. If you have any questions, please contact your child’s counselor or Mr. Cantu for assistance. Below is the list of counselors and the grade levels they serve:

Free/Reduced Lunch: $25.00 per exam
Not Free/Reduced Lunch: $35.00 per exam
The AP Exam Fee Form has been sent along with the report card. Please submit the form at the time of payment. Acceptable payment methods include checks, money orders, credit cards, or debit card. Payments can be made at the front office.
Passing AP exams can help you stand out in college admissions, earn college credits, and skip introductory classes. We highly encourage you to challenge the AP exam if you are currently taking an AP class. Please contact your AP teacher to see what you can do to better prepare for the exam. Do not hesitate to contact the school if you have any questions so we can assist!

This means that your child is offered a seat from the campus.
Starting on Monday, February 25th, you will have 2 business days to accept the placement at a campus.
Accept Placement:
If you accept placement at our campus, you will forfeit placement at all other campuses. You will have 10
business days to complete the registration process which includes: filling out the registration forms and submitting all required
documentation such as proof of residence, transcripts, discipline records, immunizations, and student identification.
Decline Placement:
If you decline placement, you will be removed from that Harmony campus lottery list only.
Wait List:
This means that your child is placed on the wait list for the campus. As students accept/decline spots on the offered
list, your child will move up. If your child moves up to the offered list, the system will send you a message through Smart Choice.
